Baking instructions
-Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If you are using a baking stone ensure the stone sits center of the oven and is preheated as well.
-Place pizza on the preheated stone or on an oven safe, 16″ cookie sheet/ pizza pan and place in the oven.
-For even baking; bake for approximately six minutes, rotate 180 degrees and bake for 6-7 minutes more. A total of 12-15 minutes should suffice.
-Because ovens and temperatures vary the best rule of thumb is to bake your pizza to the desired doneness.
